Jon Wachter is a real estate professional with 15 years of Colorado real estate sales experience. He has successfully assisted both buyers and sellers across a broad range of real estate transactions including land, commercial and residential properties.
Coupled with his Denver metro area expertise, Jon brings a national perspective to marketing a property for maximum exposure by integrating the strength of Kentwood’s national brand for relocating buyers.

Outside of the office, Jon is a Life Member of Optimist International, whose motto is “Bringing Out The Best In Kids” and is involved with the highly regarded Optimist Club of Monaco South which was awarded as Denver’s Philanthropic Group of the Year in 2012. His optimist club ‘brings out the best in kids’ in southeast Denver neighborhood schools through the Super Citizen Program, Sullivan Scholarship grants, Tri-Star Basketball and much more.
Jon is originally from the St. Louis, graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing in ‘91. Jon and his wife Jill reside in southeast Denver’s University Hills neighborhood.
