I am excited to have heard the Panera Bread is opening up a new location in our neighborhood. It will be located in the old Blockbuster Video location in University Hills Plaza. Latest news is that they will be opening around March 2010. Micheal's is moving from their location in the same plaza to the old Linen's and Things location next to Pier 1 this spring.
