I’ve been meaning to express my thanks for all you did in selling my home. It was a tight three-month deadline, and you really came through for me.

From the early showings right down to contract negotiations, you were the ultimate professional. In fact, I grew more and more confident in your dedication as the weeks went by—always knowing you were solidly in my corner. That meant a lot to me. People always talk about thinking outside the box, but with you, those aren’t just words. You really did work hard to come up with innovative solutions in a difficult housing market.

There’s one thing you did that continues to resonate with me, and I wanted to let you know how important it is. You actually do what you say you are going to do. I know that may sound like an odd observation, but most people make a lot of promises that they never keep. When you said you would call to give me an update, you did. When you said you would schedule an open house, you did. Right down to every last detail, you did what you said you would do. And that type of integrity will continue to separate you from the rest of the pack.

When I need a Real Estate Agent again, you will be the only one I call.  Thank you again for all your assistance, and I wish the best for you and your family.

You can always see how well trained a pilot is when there is plane trouble and you see a great doctor perform when there are complications and I've experienced both.
